SAMPLE SALE T&C's

- Sale starts 9am Thursday 23 April 2026 and ends 2:30pm Saturday 25 April 2026.

- Sample Sale purchases require full payment to secure. Shipping options are available at an additional cost, or items can be collected from The Wedding Boutique at no charge at scheduled pick-up times on weekdays only.

- No holds are available on samples. Once a sample is sold & payment is received, it is no longer available to purchase. 

- Additional photos and information on sizes for sample gowns can be requested from lisa@theweddingboutique.co.za. Please allow up to 24 hours for reply. 

- Sample condition is noted on the sample listing and varying degrees of repairs may be required which is reflected in the price of the sample item. Dry cleaning of your sample is recommended before wear. Repairs & Dry-Cleaning costs are not included in the sample cost.

- Sizing of sample items is detailed on each sample listing. Due to wear, some sample items may have stretched beyond the original order measurements.

- Alterations may be required to tailor your sample gown to your desired fit, these alterations costs are not included in the sample cost. The Wedding Boutique offers alterations in-house.

- Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Customers are responsible for return courier costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

- To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
