We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate.
As many of our gowns and accessories are handcrafted, made to order, one-of-a-kind, or available in limited quantities, availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or amend product information at any time.
4. Colours & Product Images
We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings and device.
As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in fabric, beading, lace placement, embellishments and finishing are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Orders & Payment
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:
- payment cannot be verified;
- incorrect pricing has been displayed due to an obvious error;
- a product is unavailable; or
- fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
Where payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be processed.
7. Bridal Orders
The purchase of bridal gowns, custom gowns, made-to-order garments, alterations, rentals and related bridal services is governed by our separate Bridal Terms & Conditions, which are provided during the ordering process and form part of your agreement with us.
In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms & Conditions and our Bridal Terms & Conditions, the Bridal Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping information, estimated delivery timeframes and applicable charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
While we work with trusted delivery partners, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
